Confidentiality & Revisions Policy

Every engagement is confidential

Everything you share with us — your research topic, your drafts, your data, your supervisor's feedback, and the fact that you work with us at all — is treated as confidential. Our coaches discuss your work with you and, where you ask us to, with people you nominate. With nobody else.

We never use your work in marketing

Client names, institutions, documents, datasets, and results are never shared, published, quoted, or used as examples in our marketing without your written permission. If we ask you for a testimonial, you decide exactly how you are identified, and you can withdraw it later.

What each package includes

• Starter Session (KES 4,000) — one 90-minute coaching session and a short written summary of what we agreed. No document-review round is included; the fee is fully credited if you upgrade to a coaching package.
• Coaching Package (from KES 30,000 Masters / KES 50,000 PhD) — six weekly sessions covering one thesis stage, plus three document-review rounds. Each review round returns written comments within three working days.
• Institutional (from KES 60,000 per training day) — a full training day for a cohort of up to 20 participants, training materials, and one follow-up clinic session. Scope, review rounds, and deliverables are confirmed in a written quote before work begins.

Rescheduling

Life happens. You can reschedule any session at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are counted as used. If we need to reschedule, we offer you the next available slot at your convenience.

Unused sessions

Unused sessions in a package are refundable. If you decide to stop partway through, we refund the sessions and review rounds you have not used, at the package's per-session rate, within 14 days of your request.
